This is the Neb and the mouth piece with Saline (salt solution which makes the mucus dilute). It's a 7% solution. So I think that's 7% of salt to 93% water????
Pouring the Saline into the mouthpiece.
Sit down for 10 minutes with smoke bellowing out and steams up the whole room. Everyone gets the benefits of it!!!!
