1 cup flour
1 cup milk
Use the protein shaker I was telling you about and shake it up. Pour into a hot pan with butter, or some flavourless oil like veg, Flora or that Crisp n Dry stuff.
Put a small mixture in and tilt the pan around until it covers the base of the pan.
Now, for a CF twist.
1 Cup Flour
1.5 cup of milk (add more if it's to thick)
1 sachet of Scandishake
I think it could only work with a Banana or chocolate flavoured Scandishake. The rest wouldn't be nice.
