Seasonal Pumpkin Milkshake

This smoothie is very seasonal and packed with Vitamin A and C.

1/2 cup almond or coconut milk (I like Almond Milk)
1/2 frozen banana
1/2 cup grated pumpkin
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp or less of ground nutmeg
1 tsp raw honey or a few dates to sweeten (optional, or use a natural sweetener that doesn't spike blood sugar)
1/4 cup Oats (optional but I like to use oats in my milkshake)

Pop all the ingredients into your blender, blend and enjoy!!
