I didn run until Wednesday. I ran 30 minutes, 45 minutes on thursday and 50 on friday. Did a really hard run on saturday and 20 miles today. I was delighted with the weekend of running. Felt really good. But know my hip muscle is sore. Probably from pushing myself over the last two days.
My chest has been good. However, im gettin up some phlegm. Which isnt a bad thing. Better out then in. But why is it there in the first place. Iv little to say so im finishing my post now.
